#22 Bulk Sour Cream & Chive Baked Potatoes


 

 
 

Ingredients:
Potato, Margarine ( liquid and hydrogenated soybean oil, water, salt, vegetable monoglycerides, soy lecithin, sodium benzoate ( a preservative), natural and artificial flavor, calcium disodium edta added to protect flavor, vitamin A palmitate added), Sour Cream ( cultured nonfat milk, cream, grade A whey, modified food starch, sodium phosphate, guar gum, carrageenan, calcium sulfate, locust bean gum, sodium citrate and potassium sorbate( as preservative)), Sour Cream Seasoning ( salt, sour cream solids, sugar, whey solids, onion powder, flour, parsley, nonfat dry milk, garlic powder, chives, natural flavors, lactic acid, citric acid, spice), Onion Powder, Milk( 1% low fat), Salt, Black Pepper.

Allergens: Milk, Soy

Cooking Instructions:
Keep Frozen Until Ready To Use

 
Conventional Oven Microwave Oven ( Based on 650 watt oven)
  1. Preheat oven

  2. Remove potato from wrapper
    and place in shallow pan.

  1. Bake according to chart below, or
    until lightly browned.

  1. Remove potato from wrapper
    and place in microwave – safe dish.

  2. Rotate, halfway through cooking time.
  1. Allow to stand 1 minute before serving.



325˚ ---- 45 – 50 minutes

350˚ ---- 40 – 45 minutes

375˚ ---- 35 – 40 minutes

400˚ ---- 30 – 35 minutes


1 portion ------ 4 – 5 minutes

2 portion ------ 6 – 7 minutes

3 portion ------ 8 - 9 minutes

4 portion ------ 10 - 12 minutes

Note: Cooking time may vary with either method, but be careful not to overcook.
